New AFF Candidate
After doing a tandem at headcorn last year I am going to do the AFF this summer. I have done a taster tunnel session at Airkix and will be doing another session in a couple of weeks to get to the stage where I am not too wobbly on my belly in order to reduce the likelihood of having to re-take any levels.
I have been torn between Headcorn and Hinton for a while but am leaning towards Headcorn. There is one paragraph on the headcorn website that kind of tips the balance in your favour
Will you be running a course starting Tuesday 1st JULY? I know your website says Fri/Sat courses, but due to a strange shift patter at work I don't have many fri/sat blocks free till the end of aug.
Cheers
Steve

Package Deal for Levels 1 to 8
If, having completed your first jump (level 1), you pay £1,030 for the next seven levels, we will include the cost of BPA membership and altimeter, thereby saving you £210.

Re: New AFF Candidate
The fulltime staff will reply to you soon Steve I'm sure. As far as I know they will start a course almost anytime you like - the maximum size of the course is only 3 anyway - but they will give you the definitive answer.
I'm very p/time at HPC due to weekend working like yourself and although I instruct, I dont do AFF here. The extra tunnel time is worth every second - particularly if you can learn in there how to turn steadily - thats the bit that causes most level repeats.
Good luck
Andy

Re: New AFF Candidate
Pretty sure they'll do AFF mid week in the summer, best to have a chat with Vicky in the office, give them a ring 01622 890862.
Or Squadie/Jane etc will answer this after the weekend rush I'm sure.

Re: New AFF Candidate
Ok, I popped into headcorn DZ today and I've booked my AFF training to start on Friday 6th June.
Now I've just got to break it to the wife.
See you all soon.
